On June 2, the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing announced today (2nd) the prosperity index of China’s logistics industry in May. The data shows that the total logistics business index is still in the expansion range. From a regional perspective, the growth advantage of the eastern region has expanded. Residents’ consumer logistics demand started rapidly, and the total business index of the postal express industry rebounded significantly.
In May, China’s logistics industry prosperity index was 51.5%, down 2.3 percentage points from the previous month, and remained in the expansion range. Among the sub-indices, key indexes such as business volume index, inventory turnover index, equipment utilization rate index, and business activity expectation index are all in the expansion range.
